Half-yearly water consumption notices issued

Gladstone Regional Council is advising residents that half-yearly water consumption notices have been issued.
Water consumption notices will have an issue date of 21 February 2025 with payment due on or before Tuesday, 25 March 2025.
Consumption charges will cover the period of water usage from June/July 2024 through to November/December 2024.
Meter reading information, including previous and current reads, will be further detailed on the water consumption notice.
Registered Online Services users can view their digital notices online and ahead of time.
Residents who have advanced water meter infrastructure are encouraged to monitor their usage by signing up to the MyWater portal.
MyWater offers near real-time data which can be a handy tool to detect possible leaks. As properties in Beecher and Burua with continuous flow connections (trickle feed) now have advanced water meters, they are in line with Council’s two-part charge and will receive a water consumption notice for this period.
