EzyBill
Make the switch to paperless – it’s simple, secure and sustainable.
By signing up to EzyBill, you can have your rates, water, and animal registration notices delivered directly to your inbox, rather than your letterbox.
Follow these simple steps:
- Go to https://gladstone.ezybill.com.au/
- Create your EzyBill account
- Register your property and or animal
EzyBill makes it easier to access your notices instantly and manage payments more efficiently.
Important information
Property with more than one owner
Once an owner has registered for the EzyBill service, for the nominated property, Council will no longer post paper Notices to you or any person/company to whom paper Notices were previously sent.
As per the Terms and Conditions agreed to at registration, you have acknowledged and agreed that you are a property owner and/or are liable for responding to and making payment of the nominated Rate/Water Notice and you will share this electronic Rate/Water Notice with other persons so named as required.
Other Notices
Please note, all other notices, including overdue notices and other Council correspondence, will continue to be sent to your postal address. It is the rate payers responsibility to notify Council of a change in address, so please ensure that you keep your contact details with Council up to date.
Spam or Junk Folder
If you registered for Ezybill and have not received your annual Rate/Water notice email we recommend checking your Spam or junk folders. Depending on your internet service providers (ISP) settings it may be treated as a possible virus threat and moved into these folders or deleted as a possible virus threat.
To avoid this happening check your email settings and whitelist noreply@ezybill.com.au or contact your ISP if you need assistance.
Delivery failure
It is important to keep your postal address and contact details up to date. If Council receives a ‘delivery failure’ notification from your email address, a paper rates notice will be sent to your most recent postal address.
