I’m Alert food hygiene training
This online training program has been created to assist operators working in the food industry in developing the required skills and knowledge to ensure that operators and staff are handling food in a safe and hygienic manner.
The program is easy to follow, includes an entertaining presentation as well as interactive quizzes, and upon completion a training acknowledgement form can be kept for staff records.
This program is not recognised as a Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) qualification, as such a FSS remains a condition to operate a food business.
