Tap into funding sources at Community Investment Program Roadshow
Gladstone Regional Council will hit the road again next month for a series of roadshows to inform the community about funding options available through its Community Investment Program.
Council’s team will provide a presentation on funding options and guidelines, eligibility requirements, and discuss how to register and access Council’s online grant application system and be available to answer questions and provide further information.
The Roadshow will begin on Thursday 12 October with two sessions held at the Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct, before it travels to Calliope (16 October), Agnes Water (17 October), Boyne Island (19 October) and Baffle Creek (20 October).
Gladstone Region Mayor Matt Burnett said the roadshow presentations assist organisations and groups to develop ideas, understand available grant opportunities and build their capacity.
“Each information session aims to inform the community about funding options within Council’s Community Investment Program,” Councillor Burnett said.
“Anyone from local sporting and recreation clubs, charities, event organisers and arts and cultural organisations could be eligible for funding.”
