Learn how to tap into Council’s Community Investment Program at roadshow
Gladstone Regional Council will hit the road again later this month for a series of roadshows to inform the community about funding options available through its Community Investment Program.
The Roadshow will commence in Calliope on 17 October before travelling to Boyne Island, Mount Larcom, Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct (Gladstone), Agnes Water, Miriam Vale, Baffle Creek and Builyan.
Each information session aims to inform the community about funding options within Council’s Community Investment Program.
Gladstone Region Councillor Natalia Muszkat said the roadshow sessions will assist organisations and groups to develop ideas, understand the grant opportunities and build their capacity.
“Anyone from local sporting and recreation clubs, schools, charities, event organisers and arts and cultural organisations could be eligible for funding,” Councillor Muszkat said.
“Council’s team will be available at the roadshows to answer questions and provide information on funding options and guidelines, eligibility requirements and discuss how to register and access Council’s online grant application system.”
