Gladstone Region Pound operating hours to reduce following Easter long weekend
Council wishes to advise the Gladstone Region Pound will reduce its hours following the Easter long weekend.
The Pound will close over the Easter long weekend including Good Friday (10 April) and Easter Monday (13 April) and reopen on Wednesday 15 April.
Following the Easter long weekend, the Pound will operate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1pm-3pm until further notice.
Any animal surrenders, animal releases or the hire and return of cat traps done outside of these hours must be via appointment only.
The decision to reduce operating hours at the Pound is in response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation and to protect the safety of the community and Council staff.
All customers attending the Pound are asked to implement social distancing practices.
