Half-yearly Water Consumption Notices have been issued

Gladstone Regional Council is advising residents that half-yearly water consumption notices have been issued.

Water Consumption Notices will have an issue date of 17 February 2023 with payment due on or before Monday, 20 March 2023.

Consumption charges will cover the period of water usage from June/July 2022 through to November/December 2022.

Meter reading information, including previous and current reads, will be further detailed on the Water Consumption Notice.

This year, Council is encouraging ratepayers with an amount owing in the current financial year to apply to Council to set up an approved instalment payment plan.

Various payment option can be found on council’s webpage https://online.gladstone.qld.gov.au or via Council’s Online Services portal.

Registered online users can view their digital notices online and ahead of time.
