Receiving Council notices is easier than ever with EzyBill
The option to switch from paper to paperless has never been easier with the introduction of EzyBill – a simple, secure and sustainable option for residents to receive their Council notices via email.
Gladstone Region Councillor Darryl Branthwaite said by nominating their email address, property and animal owners will receive their future rates and water notices as well as their animal registration notices directly to their inbox, not their letterbox.
“While hardcopy paper notices are still available for those who wish to continue receiving notices via Australia Post, Council is always looking at new and innovative ways to ensure our practices are sustainable, both financially and environmentally,” Councillor Branthwaite said.
“If residents are interested in signing up to EzyBill but need some assistance, Council offers a handy Tech Help Program through Gladstone Regional Libraries.
“Residents can also rest assured that Council has comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure the security of ratepayers’ personal details.”
Signing up for EzyBill is simple:
- Go to https://gladstone.ezybill.com.au
- Create your EzyBIll account
- Register your property and/or animal (have an existing paper copy of rates notice on hand to assist with registration process).
