Gladstone Region Pound is now operating by appointment only
Council wishes to advise that Gladstone Region Pound is now operating by appointment only but with extended opening hours to make life easier for animal owners
Opening hours will now be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, allowing animal owners to surrender or collect their impounded animals, by appointment only, during these hours.
Appointments must be made by phoning Council on (07) 4970 0700 prior to visiting the facility.
No walk-in appointments will be accepted.
Animal owners must bring their own restraints (leashes, cages or carriers), when attending and all outstanding animal registration fees must be paid prior to the release of the animal.
Payment options include over the phone, via Council’s online portal or cash payment at one of Council’s front counters – no cash is kept onsite at Gladstone Region Pound.
The Gladstone Region Pound is located at 17 Albert Road, Gladstone.
