Discount Microchipping Day
Council held a Microchipping Day at the Council Pound Facility. $20 per animal | Bookings were essential. Thursday 29 August, 2024 (7am-6pm)
Microchipping your animal is mandatory in Queensland. The Queensland Government requires all animals born after April 2009 (eight weeks and older) to be microchipped and their microchipping details provided to Council.
Microchipping promotes responsible pet ownership by keeping your pet safe should your pet go missing or get lost. Microchipping your animal will also lower your annual animal registration fees.
