The Great Spring Clean Up provides communities the flexibility to participate in local Clean Up events between August & October each year. Start your own group or join an existing group online.
Our region often experiences hot and humid weather in early March, and the Clean Up Australia day on Sunday 6 March 2022 coincided with a heatwave event.
Council sincerely appreciates the community's ongoing support of Clean Up efforts in the Gladstone region and hopes that people will be able to register for a site for the Great Spring Clean Up event in September.
With your help, we can put the “great” back in to the great outdoors! Spring cleaning our homes has become an annual ritual for many of us – so let’s get out and clean up our local environments and improve public places throughout September.
