Reminder for Trade Waste Licence annual renewal fees

Gladstone Regional Council reminds Trade Waste Business proprietors that Trade Waste Licence annual renewal fees are now overdue with any outstanding payments required on, or before 30 August 2019.

It is illegal for businesses to discharge Trade Waste into Council’s sewerage system without the appropriate valid licence approval.

Gladstone Regional Council will be issuing final reminder notices currently still outstanding.

Proprietors of outstanding Annual Renewal Trade Waste Approval Invoices, who fail to pay by 30 August 2019 could face additional fines, and the potential cancellation of their trading licence.
