• Conservation and Land Management
• Parks and Gardens Apprentice
• Pest Management Trainee.  

Gladstone Region Mayor Matt Burnett said applications open on Monday 28 August 2023, closing Friday 15 September.  

“Now is the perfect time to start preparing your application ahead of the submission window,” Councillor Burnett said.  

“Our Apprenticeship and Traineeship program consists of a blend of hands-on practical works, learning from experienced leaders and classroom education to develop theoretical knowledge.  

“We have many success stories from this program and by simply submitting your application you could potentially carve out a long and rewarding career at Council.”
