Billy Cart Derby Rules
- All Drivers/Passengers must wear a helmet
- All Drivers/Passengers must wear enclosed shoes
- Maximum 2 x people per cart
- No motorised carts
- All carts to be inspected on the day for safety - Scrutineering opens 8am
