Transitional Care

Let us take care of your son or daughter and we will teach them the skills they will need to fulfill their dream of becoming independent, living better fuller lives in the community. We are here to encourage the development of daily living and life skills to increase the ability to live as autonomously as possible.

We assist and supervise tasks of daily living, in a shared environment, focusing on developing the skills needed to live autonomously and live happy, independent lives in the community.

We have programs to enable inclusion, teach skills, and assist in finding work and socialising.

Some of our programs are:

Karaoke Tuesday; Performing Art classes; Connecting Socially Monthly meetings; attending various Markets and Speedway meetings; Golf; Ten Pin Bowling; Billard Pool; we can assist with most activities.
