CQ Financial Counselling Service provide free, confidential services to consumers who are having financial difficulties through provision of information and options concerning consumer debt. The service is funded by the Department of Social Services. 

Provide: FREE independent and confidential service, options, information on legal rights and responsibilities, community education, advise and assist with negotiation, advocate on your behalf, check contracts are correct, assist with budgeting, information and assistance with bankruptcy and NILS loans.
