Description of service
Some of the services we provide include personal care, domestic assistance (e.g. cleaning), shopping, social outings, transport (e.g. to medical appointments), carer respite, meals on wheels, home and yard maintenance, helping people to develop confidence and skills through one on one training and assistance, budgeting, cooking, help with medications, aids and equipment, home nursing (in some areas) case management and occupational therapy.
