About us

Gladstone Festivals and Events is an incorporated association of volunteers who, together with a small team of paid staff, coordinate and stage some of the region's major community events, including the annual Gladstone Harbour Festival, CQ Beer + Cider Festival, the Gladstone Region Wedding Expo, and Gladstone Ports Corporation’s Port to Park FunD run!

We are proud to facilitate events and to produce events in partnership with other high profile company's in the region such as Gladstone Ports Corporation Ltd.

Gladstone Festival and Events also manage events for many industry and local businesses; family fun days, movie nights, gala dinners and conferences. Previous years have seen us manage several festival days for GLNG, QCLNG and APLNG, and even a movie night which was held in the Tondoon Botanic Gardens.

Whether your skills involve cooking hamburgers, selling soft drinks or fish & chips, helping out in the Harbour festival office, or have great new ideas on how we can improve our events, we want you on our team!
