Impact Community Health Service (previously Discovery Coast Community Health Service) provides primary and allied health care services. Clinics are located at Agnes Water, Miriam Vale, Baffle Creek, Rosedale and Turkey Beach which service the surrounding region. Services provided include child health nursing, community nursing, community support (health), counselling services, diabetes education, diet and nutrition, family support, health assessments, exercise classes, seniors support, and preventative health. Complimentary services provided include Needle and Syringe Program, Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme, women's health GP and Nurse, Podiatrist, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, women's health clinics, Breastscreen Queensland (every 2 years), hearing screening (6 monthly) and mental health team (monthly).
