Meet 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 6.30pm, QCWA Hall, Steele St, Tannum Sands (next to police station). Help with community events by providing BBQ food eg. BAM; Raise money for worthy local causes; Raise funds for Medical Research and other Lions Club focus areas eg Childhood Cancer, Blindness, Diabetes, and the Environment, Arrange Annual Carols by Candlelight; Provide free of charge Anzac Day breakfast following Dawn Service; Provide bar services for Boyne Tannum Hook Up. Assist School functions. Youth of the Year program. and wedding receptions in Boyne/Tannum area. Would like to see a Lions Club again established in Gladstone.
