Description of service
Men are welcome to attend the well-equipped workshop for wood and metal working activities plus gardening and pyrography are available all on Tue/Wed/Thu mornings 8am-12pm and we have now expanded into computer aided manufacturing with a Laser Engraver and CNC Router.
Light exercises are provided as a free activity on Friday mornings 8am-9am supervised by a physiologist.
