Winners from each category will receive a $250 gift voucher and a certificate signed by Mayor Matt Burnett, while one lucky winner will have their photo on a billboard.

The competition is divided into three categories: under 18s, over 18s and visitors to the region.

Entries to the amateur photography competition open from Friday 29 March and will close on Sunday 28 April, with winners announced on 1 May.

Photos must be taken during the March/April School Holidays and can be taken from anywhere within the Gladstone Region.
