Be a part of Easter in Gladstone
Gladstone Regional Council is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitable entities to deliver a series of events during Easter 2022 to celebrate Easter in Gladstone.
Expressions of interest are sought for events which will complement the well-established Easter events and be held within the vicinity of Auckland Creek and Gladstone Harbour.
Gladstone Region Mayor Matt Burnett is looking forward to seeing some great expressions of interest.
“Easter is such a significant time in our Region featuring the iconic Gladstone Harbour Festival and Gladstone Ports Corporation Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race,” Councillor Burnett said.
“The successful applicant will be required to run a series of events over each day of the Easter Weekend – in recent years this was the Brisbane to Gladstone Village which featured multiple events.
“This agreement has expired, and we are looking for proposals that will help Council increase the profile of our Region by activating spaces, promoting community pride and increasing visitation.”
