Gladstone Region Mayor Matt Burnett is encouraging parents to purchase tickets early to avoid seeing their children miss out on one of their favourite Days of Summer activities.
“There’s absolutely no doubt that Festival of Summer activities are some of the most sought-after tickets in town with many of the events selling out within hours of going on sale,” Councillor Burnett said.
“The usual favourites are back again in 2022 along with some new events that I’m sure will satisfy those chasing an adventure or adrenaline, or those who would like to put their creative skills to the test.
“Thandi Phoenix will headline the Festival of Summer Sounds concert, with Ivey, Will Hearn and Trusk in support.
“Over 18s won’t miss out either with the Festival of Summer Sounds 18+ concert to also take place, with further details set to be released later this year.”
