Removal of Abandoned Vehicles
Notice is given under Section 100(5) Transport Operations Road Use Management) Act 1995 for the following vehicles. If the vehicles listed in the schedule are not claimed by the owners in accordance with the provisions of Section 100(10) of the Act and all costs associated with such removal and storage paid within one (1) month, Council may auction such vehicles.
