Superseded Planning Schemes
Miriam Vale Planning Scheme
The Miriam Vale Planning Scheme was adopted by the Gladstone Regional Council on 24 February 2009 and came into effect on 27 February 2009.
The new Planning Scheme replaces the Miriam Vale Superseded Planning Scheme. For more information on the new Scheme, please contact Council on 4970 0700.
