Community Forums are a way for you to connect with Council on a local level and discuss what Council is doing area the area you call ‘home’.  

These forums are about your neighbourhood, concerns, and ideas. 

Meet your local Councillors face-to-face, discover upcoming projects firsthand, and share your feedback directly. 

Only interested in a particular topic or want to discuss something with a Councillor? Join the event at any time or as long as you have available, drop in for a quick chat or stay of the whole event - no obligations. 

Runsheet 

• Meet and Mingle - Get to know your Councillors and Council officers over a tea and coffee. Light refreshments will be served.
• Topic Tables  - Take a seat to discuss a specific Council matter or to chat with a Councillor. Move between any tables at any time to discuss the issues that matter most to you.
• Community Questions - A chance for Council to provide answers to the community's most requested questions. Submit your questions and vote for the topics you'd like addressed by Councillors and Councill officers. Recording available following the event.
