Request for Service - Food Vendors
We are calling on local food vendors to submit an application to be involved in the annual Australia Day Family Fun Day.
The free community event is an opportunity to celebrate contemporary Australia, acknowledge our history and honour the diverse culture in our region. The event will feature the talents of the local musicians, a free sausage sizzle, face painting, games and activities for the whole family.
To be considered, food vendors must serve a minimum of four (4) dishes or food options that are ready to serve (minimal wait times) and be able to supply their own power. Considerations will be made for food vendors who offer a variety of menu selections, and environmentally sustainable packaging, reside in the Gladstone Region and have favourable feedback from previous events.
All food vendors must comply with all food safety regulations, have a current Gladstone Regional Council food licence, current public liability insurance for a minimum of 20 million, and be available to trade from 10am – 1pm.
A site fee will be applicable.
