All applicants will be contacted by Friday 2 May, 2025 close of business.
Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee a site at this community event.

Join leading sustainability experts, community organisations, foodies, green-thumbs, conservationists and planet-lovers for a day of sharing eco-tastic lifestyle practices that will leave you feeling inspired to make a greener change!

Remember to bring your own water bottles, reusable coffee cups and shopping bags on the day!
In 2025, We’re walking the talk and ensuring the Ecofest event itself is as low impact on the environment as possible!
Every business, group or individual who is a part of Ecofest has committed towards a sustainable future and will demonstrate how they are mindful of their environmental footprint. This means Ecofest is a reusable, biodegradable or compostable product event – no single use plastics allowed!
