R U OK? Day will be a great day at the Gladstone Men's Shed - Thursday 11/9/25 from 10am to 2pm the Shed is holding an open day for the community and all other neighbouring sheds to celebrate Men's Shed Week and R U OK? Day.
Cabots, Inspirations, Loctite, Selleys and Stanley Tools will have trade displays. Mental & physical health information will be available from CQ Health, Cancer Council, Dr Tim Driscoll of RFDS and Bradley Laird of Darkside Kings. Gladstone Speedway, Model Aero Club, Native Bee Assoc, Quoin Island Turtles & Lynn Thomson Leadlighting will tell of other activities. Community interests include Bendigo Bank, COTA Energy4Seniors, Gladstone Regional Council & Road Safety.
Neil Bowra of the band FLYTE will be providing the music, El Mana will have their coffee van and APLNG/ConocoPhillips is sponsoring a light lunch - ALL WELCOME!
