Mental Health First Aid

At a Mental Health First Aid course, you will learn the skills to feel confident and be able to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, assist someone developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis and make a real difference to your community. This course will give the participant the opportunity to become an accredited 3-year MHFAider by a qualified and licensed MHFA Instructor Leaonie Bragge, who has been delivering MHFA training locally and throughout central Queensland.
