The Boyne Valley Community Shed is a self-funded, non-profit, community based organisation, with a variety of activities and events.

The Shed provides a meeting place to the community who live in and around the Boyne Valley Area and exist for the benefit to our community’s health and wellbeing. A place where we provide for all community members, young and old.  Irrespective of age, social or economic status, nationality.

A committee of interested locals, who volunteer, meet on a regular basis and run community events.  The primary objective of the “SHED” is to promote the ongoing welfare of The Boyne Valley in all areas of Community interest.

Our hall “The Nagoorin Community Hall” is available for use by the community for community based events - For Hire – Cost depends on the event provided; All enquires welcomed.

One of the best things about our Shed is to facilitate conversation about subjects that we might usually find difficult to talk about. Without mates, life can quickly become mundane at least, purposeless at worst. A Shed in the community gives us a place to go. A place where we are made welcome. Where we are not judged.
