The Agnes Water Childcare Centre has a remarkable history and a deep commitment to its community.

In the early 1990’s, a small group of dedicated locals in Agnes Water saw the need for a childcare service, formed a committee, and took the initiative to establish the first limited-hours childcare centre in Agnes Water/1770.

The centre opened its doors to the community on September 17, 1994.

It quickly became popular within the local community and grew so rapidly that, by October 16, 2000, it transitioned into a long daycare Centre, named the “Agnes Water Childcare Centre”.

In 2014, an additional room was added to offer an approved Kindergarten program.

Our centre is proud to provide high-quality care staffed by experienced, qualified educators and a dedicated early childhood teacher.

This long-standing team work collaboratively to deliver top-tier service to families in the community.

We take great pride in being the longest-standing centre in our community, nestled between the bush and beach.

The centre fosters a warm, inviting environment and takes advantage of its unique location both of which we incorporate into our programs.

Our large, beautiful playground provides a natural setting that promotes sustainability and hands-on education.

With the continued support from the community, as well as the involvement of past and present families, and the dedication of our team, our service has flourished into a cornerstone of the community.
