Additional constituent services include, information about petitions, applying for grants, letters of congratulation for milestone birthdays and anniversaries, electoral enrolment and applying for a Queensland Flag.

Some community concerns that do not fall under the responsibility of the State Government include, taxation, immigration, foreign aid, marriage and family law, centrelink and medicare. Issues of this nature are the responsibility of the Commonwealth Government.
