Description of service
Primary Health Care: On site, fully functional medical practice with a Practice Manager, Doctors, Nurses, Aboriginal Health Workers, Medical Receptionists and access to Allied Health Services and visiting specialists.
Aged Care: Offering Home and Community Care (HACC) and Aged Care Services to people within the Gladstone Regional Council Catchment area.
Family Wellbeing Program: Strengthen cohesion and the capacity of individuals and their families to raise healthy children to achieve their full potential and to support children and families at a heightened risk of becoming vulnerable, or provide intensive support to children and families under the child protection system.
