Parent to Parent brings together parents and family members for mutual support and to share practical information, skill enhancement opportunities and planning activities. This enables families to increase their knowledge, including about the NDIS, how to prepare for Planning Conversations by identifying goals for the future. Parent to Parent offers a range of person centred planning and skill enhancement options for families and people with a disability. These activities are facilitated by Planning Facilitators who are based in regional areas.

Professionals are provided with information, referral and fee for service professional development opportunities. Parent to Parent is registered with the NDIS as a Plan Manager, Support Coordination and for Capacity Building, we can provide assistance with implementing goals funded in NDIS Plans.

The variation to our funding means that our core business is now changing.  We can still work with carers and offer support to families with one-on-one with future planning.
