Family and Child Connect (FaCC): Ph 13Family. Family and Child Connect is a free service to help you with the challenges of parenthood. Family and Child Connect will talk to you about your family’s strengths and problems and put you in touch with the right services. 

The Intensive Family Support Service (IFSS) Free service that provides in-home intensive family support for all members of the family who may need our help, including mums and dads, grandparents, step-parents, and partners. We acknowledge all families are different and we will respect your rights, values, beliefs and culture. We will listen to and act on your choices about your needs and goals for your family.

The Family Intervention Service (FIS) is a non-government home-based therapeutic intervention service designed for families with children and young people aged up to 18 years of age. The program takes referrals from the Gladstone Child Safety Service Centre only.
