Aged Care Services: Designed to assist and support people to live independently and safely in their homes for as long as possible. We assist people to create a flexible service plan that suits their needs, focusing on individual choices and preferences. These services include counseling, mediation, Home Care Packages, in-home care, transport and case management.

Disability Services: A proud NDIS provider for people of all ages and from all walks of life. Services include counselling and workplace supports, in-home care, NDIS plan management and support coordination and transport.

Transport Services: Available throughout the Gladstone Region as well as outer regional areas including Boyne/Tannum area, Calliope, Mount Larcom, South Gladstone and West Gladstone. Transport times may vary. If you are receiving funding from the Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) or the Commonwealth Home Support Scheme (CHSP) and have been approved to receive support for transport, please call to discuss. This service is in conjunction with the Gladstone Blue and White Taxi Service.

Counselling: Professional and confidential counselling to all people. Counsellors are respectful, non-judgmental, genuine and confidential with clients’ needs and concerns. Sessions last approximately one hour and the number of sessions can vary depending on the individual's circumstances and needs. Counselling is beneficial for improving personal development issues such as self-esteem or assertiveness, grief and loss, stress management, conflict resolution, separation or divorce, a step-family adjustment, communication, parenting issues or other relationship matters.

Family Relationship Centre: Provides information to people experiencing separation and overcoming relationship difficulties. The FRC focuses on children's needs and helps parents decide what to do next. FRCs provides joint sessions with the other parent or family members to help them reach an agreement on parenting arrangements. FRCs also offers a range of other services and programs such as information sessions and seminars.
