Description of service
Voluntary accredited search and rescue organisation with boat crew on call 24/7 and monitor marine VHF radios 365 days from 0630 - 1800 hrs daily then an emergency night watch on VHF 16. We offer training to all active members in element for boating and marine radio operations, first aid etc. We work closely with other emergency services and relevant agencies to ensure safe boating for the community. VMR Round Hill was formed 12th April 1975. AGM mid September.
