We want to identify and recognise the efforts and input of our Gladstone community volunteers. National Volunteers Week runs from 19-25 May 2025. Nominations open closer to the date.
National Volunteer Week, running from 19-25 May, is Australia’s largest annual celebration of volunteers and celebrates the contributions of Australia’s almost six million volunteers.
Before National Volunteer Week rolls around, Gladstone Regional Council asks people to nominate someone they would like to see recognised for their commitment to our community.
You can even nominate yourself!

All nominees will receive a certificate and an invitation to attend a National Volunteer Week recognition event to be held at various locations across the region.
